In February 2010, Roepnack Corporation completed the renovations and new construction to the Braman Lot 1 Service Building in Miami, FL. This 120,000 square foot building consisted of a 3-story service facility and service manager’s write-up area. Roepnack Corporation completed this project while the existing service facility was operational.
