History

Paul Roepnack founded the company after spending two decades of his career operating a successful national electrical contracting firm in Ohio. He developed a solid reputation that was grounded in a belief; that quality, reliability and safety are the recipe for success.

Paul launched Roepnack Corporation in the field of residential and commercial development. He built the Atrium Condominium on Boca Lake on his first parcel of land. Shortly after, he saw greater opportunities in the commercial arena and began constructing office buildings, focusing primarily on financial institutions. A strong client base quickly grew from referrals, active community involvement and memberships on several bank boards.

Today, his eldest son, Robert, is at the helm of the company, continuing the same principals that remain tied to the Roepnack name. He has served as President and CEO since 1986. The modern Roepnack Corporation is staffed with a strong, high energy and experienced management team; loyal subcontractors, some with relationships going back two decades; and a support staff that ensures smooth daily operations.

More than 75 percent of the company’s projects have resulted from repeat work for existing customers. Some customers have requested additional work 30 or more times. In addition, a number of local architects repeatedly include Roepnack in their clients’ projects. Strong long-term relationships built over the years with architects, engineers, subcontractors and vendors allow Roepnack to provide clients with teams committed to delivering construction on time and within budget. A reputation for honesty and integrity and an organized, customer-centered approach to projects has allowed the firm to maintain this reputation throughout its more than 40 years in the construction business.
